The guy who got into the left turning lane then went sraight though the red light and crashed me head on as I sat in the left lane facing the opposite direction was not only an illegal most likely a gang banger. And yes he had a drivers license but no current insurance. There were also children in their car who were injured. I had uninsured motorist on my insurance but I didn't know they only paid up to $3,500. No wonder with all the uninsured drivers in CA. But what really infuriates me is that CA gave this illegal covered in gang tattoos a drivers license. Maybe he or one of his gang bang brothers will crash you next. And your car's value will drop at least $2,000 even if you have full coverage Goddamn Crapofornia is all I can say
