I need a new shut-off valve at the spigot in the front of my house. I already had it replaced and in less than 60 days, the valve is already broken. The last plumber gave me a 30 day warranty which obviously didn't help. The previous valve was put on in the 1970s and lasted all these years. His price started at $1400 and he tried to sell me a pressure valve and new spigot which I did not need. I'm not interested in negotiating a price, with you trying to get me to pay as much as possible. I just want you to give me a price. If it's fair and you are going to use quality parts and give me a warranty, then contact me.
