SUMMARY: Helps aid in the daily operations of the maintenance department and staff; maintains all equipment, buildings, and property in proper condition. SHIFTS – Monday – Friday, must be able to work weekends when needed DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: General machine maintenance Electrical Knowledge  Grease machines Fix / replace chains, sprockets, gears Fix hydraulic leaks, hoses, and fittings. Fix air leaks, hoses, and fittings. Trouble shoot electrical problems, check / change fuses, contactors ect. Some oxygen/acetylene cutting Some stick welding. General property maintenance. Plumbing problems, leaks, ect. A/C problems, electrical, change filters Building problems, fix holes in sheets, overhead doors. Ensures all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies corrected; ensures property follows all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations. Assists staff in maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and property as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS:  Two to four years related experience or equivalent Bilingual Spanish/ English  Commitment to excellence and high standards Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions Ability to perform the physical labor necessary Apply Now in 2 Minutes!
