Customer Service - Warehouse - Repair We are currently hiring for multiple positions Starting at: - Warehouse Support Associate: $16.00-$17.00/hr - Customer Service Assoc: $16.00-$17.00/hr. - Cell Phone/Car audio Repair: $17-$19.00/hr. Must be available Monday- Friday (Sunday voluntary) 9am-5:30pm Warehouse Support Associate - Picking, cleaning, and packing - Taking inventory and putting up stock - Testing equipment - Receiving and Shipping products - Must be motivated and enthusiastic. Full-time or Part-Time Customer Service Assoc Assist customers over the phone Help take care of warranty issues/problems and have the ability to appropriately handle upset/angry customers or builders Confirm material for jobs is in the warehouse Call customers to notify repair completion Communicate effectively with other departments to make sure everyone is on the same page for scheduling Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise Repair Technician -Good communication skills -Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills -Great work ethic. - Fast and efficient.
