Basic Job Description:
Handle maintenance requests/work orders for occupied units
Inspect grounds, buildings, and units on a regular basis
Handle all items related to the turnover of vacant units.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in general areas of apartment maintenance:
HVAC
Electrical
Carpentry
Painting
Plumbing
High School Diploma
Must have a valid driver drive license and proof of auto insurance
Ability to multitask
Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Must be motivated, dependable, and available for off-hours maintenance emergencies
Compensation:
Hourly position, negotiable, experience-dependent.
