Hey Philomath and Corvallis folks, my husband and I own a Mixed Martial Arts & Jiu Jitsu School in Philomath. We have openings in our Adult programs for this summer and would like to invite you to come in and check it out. Your first class is free. Intro to Boxing and Muay Thai - (It’s like Kickboxing...) Fridays 5-6pm. No experience required! Get in shape while learning the basics. We focus on basic boxing techniques, stance, movement, and mechanics, and how to do shadow boxing and bag-work, all while working you to higher levels conditioning. All Levels Striking - (MMA Striking & Clinch/Muay Thai) Tues & Thurs 5:30-7:30pm Here we delve into the full range of Muay Thai and MMA including the clinch. Expect to put together punch-kick combinations with head movement, footwork and different ranges and angles. Class features open training time with semi-live light-touch training and occasional sparring. Come try out a class, the first one is free! Call/text Emily @ P.s.
