Hey Philomath & Corvallis Parents, my husband and I own a Mixed Martial Arts & Jiu Jitsu School here in town. We have openings in our kids & teens Jiu Jitsu program for this summer and would like to invite you to bring your kid in for a free trail class. It’s a great way to build up their self-confidence, discipline, humility and respect for others, as well as learning valuable self-defense and fitness skills. Our classes are a lot of fun, and the kid(s) really love them. Have your kids try out a class, it’s free! Call/text Emily @ Mon & Weds @ 4:30pm - ages 5-8 Tues & Thurs @ 4:30pm - ages 9-15, these classes have boxing basics too!! “Our son has been going here for a couple of months now and loves it every week!
