Our Start Technicians are responsible for performing our first application for our new customers. Being detail-oriented and providing exceptional customer service are imperative in this role. * Performing indoor and outdoor applications for customers. * Interacting with customers and explaining service features and benefits. * Following scheduled routes, communicating with office staff and managers and maintaining accurate and organized records. * Delivering 5-star customer service. * Maintaining equipment, vehicle, and personal safety equipment in clean and working order. * Utilizing technology to manage appointments and maintain customer records. Qualifications: Am I qualified for this position? You are if you have the following: * 1+ years of customer service experience (Preferred but not required) * Possess an active driver's license with a clean driving record (must pass our Motor Vehicle Records check and be 21 years of age to qualify for our company vehicle insurance) * Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and a criminal background check * Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, and training * Ability to work Monday - Saturday * Must earn and maintain state-required (Company Provided Training) and licensing * Experience Not Necessary.
