Job Summary We provide Lawn and property maintenance to many local shopping centers and businesses throughout Gainesville and we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team. As a Lawn and Property Care Worker, you will operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain well manicured commercial properties. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in lawn maintenance, ground maintenance, irrigation, and power washing techniques. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge, and maintain shrubs and greenery in a safe manner Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining energy and pace along with the team Ability to operate leaf blowers and gather trimmings and debris for removal Drive a truck and trailer to various locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport Lawn Care Worker Requirements and Qualifications include: A valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods Familiarity with common landscaping equipment Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred) Reliable and self-motivated Dedicated transportation to and from work (shop located in Archer, FL) Wage will depend on experience and will be discussed at time of interview.
