Marine Travelift Operator - Seaview Boatyard North RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES: • Crane Operation for stepping/unstepping mast and assisting in engine removal/replacement • Forklift operation • Towing and moving vessels overland using hydraulic trailer • Performing the basic maintenance/service requirements of yard machinery MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • 5 years of heavy equipment operation experience preferred • Equipment certifications are a plus but not necessary • Ability to wear a respirator and personal protection equipment as required Equipment Used: • 150 & 35 ton travelift • Grove crane • Forklift • Hydraulic trailer ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS: • Flexibility to work in the standing, squatting, or kneeling position, as well as reaching overhead with occasional twisting and bending while performing any of the above tasks. • Stair and ladder climbing is required. • Minimal lifting required above 50 lbs.  ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: • Our work schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. • Willingness to work additional shifts or on weekends. • Must be punctual and have an excellent work ethic. • Must work well with others in a team setting.
