CP is a fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility to service the needs of our customers & CP team members. This position will be responsible for performing quality repairs on the CP fleet of vehicles. This team member will conduct multi-point inspections, identify maintenance services and repairs. There will be a focus on preventative maintenance, complex diagnosis and repair along with a desire to acquire the knowledge to order part. A specific set of tools is required for this position. Excellent advancement potential for the right candidate! Up To $35 per hour starting pay. 40-hour work week with overtime available depending on workload. Shop hours are Monday – Friday 6am-4:30pm with rotating Saturdays. For immediate consideration, complete online application and provide a current resume. Essential Functions Include but Not Limited To: •Conduct multi-point inspections. •Identify maintenance and repair needs. •Have the knowledge to perform complex repairs. •Other tasks as instructed. Desired Minimum Qualification: The following certifications are a PLUS! •DOT Inspector Certification •Air Brake Inspector Certification •Refrigeration 608 & 609 Certifications. •CDL A or B. •Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
