Warehouse\Fleet Foreman for Residential\Commercial Roofing Company Compensation: Up to $22 per hour plus benefits, depending on experience. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, 30 minute lunch. 40+ Hours per week. Overtime and Saturday hours should be expected. Duties\Responsibilities: Maintain the organization of roofing material inventory. Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, yard and project sites. Maintain fleet of construction equipment and vehicles. Inventory control of materials issued to, and returning from, project sites. Inventory control of tools and equipment issued to, and returning from, crew members. Pick up and delivery of materials using company-owned vehicles. Class 1, 4, 5, and 7 Forklift Operation. Tow and dump trailers. Recordkeeping and other documentation. Assist Purchasing Manager. Assist Superintendents. Required Skills: Forklift Operation (Company will provide OSHA Certification) Valid California Driver's License and approved by our Insurance Carrier Complex Problem Solving Self-Motivation, Self-Reliance Ability to lift 50 lbs. continuously throughout an 8 hour work day. Ability to stand\walk for extended periods throughout an 8 hour work day. Ability to clean and maintain the organization of materials, tools, equipment and other supplies. Ability to perform light vehicle\equipment maintenance. Ability to identify the differences between similar construction materials. Ability to keep logs, transaction records and fill out required paperwork. Basic use of math. General understanding of tools, equipment and computers. Bilingual (English\Spanish) preferred but not a prerequisite to consideration for this position.
