Join Brooke for a High Vibrational Sound Bath to cleanse and clear on a deep energetic level. This 90-minute experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to activate every cell in your being. You will be bathed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes designed to permeate the mind and body, bringing all systems back into balance. This deeply relaxing experience is total bliss. You will walk away feeling refreshed, renewed, and vibrating at a whole new frequency. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ WHAT TO BRING: Bring water and a mat to lay down on. Blankets and bolsters will be available but feel free to bring a pillow, eye mask, or your favorite blanket for maximum comfort. POLICY: Please be sure to arrive early so you have time to settle in before we get started. Doors will be locked at 7:05pm.
