Male Staffy Mix

Description

Name: Stitch (Or Kujo as my grandma and Tia like to call him, and he answers) Gender: Male Age: Unsure (wasn’t given his age even when I asked) Breed: Staffy Mix (unsure what mix is, info not given to me) Nuetered: No he is not Size: Medium (about the size of a pitbull) The good: He’s a good dog. He loves to be pet and around his person. I walk around the house and he just has to follow, and cries when I leave him. He knows a few commands such as: Sit, shake, speak, lay down, stay (he’ll stay for quite a while as long as you’re in sight).. and currently learning roll over. He does great in public. Haven’t had any issues with him when we take him out with us. He does good with the people we bring around him (just close family and very few friends since they do come inside). He even loves to wear his clothes and play fetch.. except he won’t drop the toy sometimes and turns it into a game of tug-o-war, which he also loves to play The unsure: I’m not sure how he is around other dogs or cats. We have 2 cats here (my grandmas) but he doesn’t socialize with them bc of her not allowing it. Other dogs I’m not sure, we don’t really have any around for him to even try socializing with. The previous owner said he went to the groomers and did great. But does get a little excited to see other dogs when they walk. The meh: He barks quite a bit. Someone knocks on the door— he just HAS to bark. Even when we can see them. Or at night if someone is walking and he can’t see who.. he’ll growl first then bark until he knows who it is. Or told to relax. He does get a bit nippy when he plays, but will relax when told “relax”. His previous owner had him in a kennel almost all day, every day.. so I avoid using one. He could be a great dog, family or guard dog. Just needs someone who has patience and is willing to teach him. A yard would be nice because he’s pretty energetic. We don’t have one here so he plays inside with us. He comes with everything we have for him (Food, clothes, toys, leash/harness and blanket). I want him to go to a good home. I don’t want to part ways with him, but I unfortunately can’t take him with me when I go back home. I am asking a rehoming fee, not an outrageous amount like 1k+ or such. Wayyyyy less than that. Feel free to email me and if preferred, ask for my number and we can chat on there. I have iPhone so you’d be able to FaceTime and see him if you want. Hope to hear back from a nice family soon! Any questions you have I’d be more than happy to answer. More pictures can be provided upon request. Have a great day! Note: If the post is still up, he’s still available
