Part time Nanny with partially free living arrangements

I am looking for someone who would be available for part-time babysitting and drives to school for partial compensation of the upstairs bedroom which is the whole upstairs in a nice home in Tacoma. Rent and utilities would be $400 (this is a $400 reduction or compensation of $100 a week) for occasional babysitting and rides to school. There is a chance that that wouldn't be all the time. This would leave you open to take another position. Babysitting would be a weeknight or weekend morning or evening pre-planned per week. This is a liberal household, we have a cat, and vaccinations a must.
