Have a lathe? Now what? We'll introduce you to the wood turning lathe and cover the use of both Carbide and Traditional turning tools. We'll then cover some basic spindle cuts and apply these to making an Ice Cream Scoop, Pizza Cutter or Bottle Opener, the choice will be yours. Wood and tools will be supplied, the hardware of your choice will be extra. Students are required to provide their own safety glasses and hearing protection (these can be purchased at the store).
