Need experienced electrician to convert 110V oven outlet to 240V

I'm looking to find someone to help me convert a 110V outlet for a gas stove to a 240V Outlet to accommodate a Samsung gas stovetop/ convection oven. The specs says it needs 208V, but am wondering if it would be better to install a 240V outlet instead. I'm not sure what is required to get this job done and am willing to pay someone to convert this outlet.
