Expanding Trust Trust, a feeling we all know, yet often feel disconnected from. Building trust in ourselves allows us to connect deeper to our divine truths within; the truth of what serves us as well as who serves us, the truth relating to the inherent path we are currently on, and the truth of revealing our most authentic selves. We live in a culture clouted by shame and the feelings of not being enough or doing enough. In this workshop we will explore the feeling of trust; trusting who you are, and trusting that you are more than enough. Your facilitator, Tawny Marie, will share integrative breathwork patterns to hold and cultivate more trust, connection, and a powerful sense of worthiness from within. During the workshop you will be guided through some gentle movement and stretching, followed by a meditative breathwork session paired with soothing sound bowls. After participating in this event, you will understand what breathwork is, how it feels in your body, and methods to easily incorporate this self-worth practice into your daily life. This is a beginner friendly practice. To make your experience as comfortable as possible, it is encouraged that you bring a blanket and yoga mat (if you have one). You will be lying down for an extended amount of time, so feel free to bring anything else that will allow you to feel more secure in your space (warm socks, beanie, pillow for under knees, crystals, essential oil, journal). Being comfortable can elevate your experience and support your ability to stay present. Recommendation to limit food and liquids 1-2 hours before the session to prevent an upset stomach.
