This tour has been approved for 1 LEED-specific CEU: LEED AP BD+C, LEED Green Associate. AIA pending approval. Block 162 is one of Denver’s premiere office buildings. Constructed in 2021, the project achieved LEED Gold certification for its Core and Shell construction. Tour attendees will hear directly from members of the Patrinely Group (developer) and Gensler (architect) to learn about the building’s LEED features, including enhanced daylighting design, stormwater management, and above code energy efficiency. Read more about Block 162 here. Tour space is limited to 30, but all are welcome to join us after the tour for a community reception at 5 pm. Two separate tickets are required to attend both the tour and the reception.
