Description

The purpose of this group is to provide a safe place for everyone to express themselves through dance. Here you will have the freedom to be inspired by the music, tap into your inner guidance, and intuitively move your body. This is a self lead session so feel free to stretch, warm-up, dance, observe, and/or meditate as you wish. There will be a facilitator who will lead the opening and closing circles as well as explain the rules. *This is a family friendly meet-up, so please dress with that in mind.
