We are looking for a handyman who can professionally handle various mobile home repairs and fixit projects on an as needed basis. Need someone who has professional experience and who specifically can provide excellent workmanship in handling the following types of repairs items in a timely manner. Prior experience in mobile home is a requirement and the ideal candidate provide references and have experience with the following kind of repairs. * sub flooring * replacing window glass * roof repairs *minor electrical and plumbing *painting *dealing with mold, wood rot, and mildew *unit make ready (clean up, de-trash, etc) Must have own tools and transportation. We have mobile homes throughout Metro Atlanta. HONESTLY AND RELIABILITY IS A MUST!!! Each project is paid on negotiated price. The work will vary from month to month.
