Description
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working person to help keep our property and grounds clean and customer-ready that is familiar with or able to learn the following tasks:
*Cares for established lawns by mowing, mulching, weeding, trimming and edging around flower beds, walkways and walls.
*Operates gas-powered equipment that includes blowers, lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, weed-eaters and pressure washers.
*Help with organization of the grounds storage unit of tools, materials and equipment.
*The removal of snow, ice and debris from all parking lots, and sidewalks. Ability to operate needed equipment as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
*Valid Driver’s License.
*Must be 18 years of age or older.
*To be available to work overtime and off schedule hours if necessary.
*Ability to perform hard, physical work for long periods in all types of weather.
*Ability to follow instructions.
*Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, and interaction with customers and employees.
