Come join us for Ascent : a Sonic Transformation To start, Hayleigh will guide us through a gentle movement and breath awareness practice, while Saint Ash’s intuitive guitar loops support this embodied exploration. Once we shift into a deeper sense of presence, Museus and Matthew DeRubertis fill the space with their album Ascent, giving us a soundtrack to dance freely and shake loose. The event closes out with a sound healing ceremony led by Hayleigh and Saint Ash. DJ Reggie Fields will be providing the audio & visual atmosphere.
