Do you love baking & watching cake decorating shows? Well now it's time for YOU to try it! Join local Pastry Chef, Jennifer Hernandez for a fun afternoon of cake decorating! In this beginner’s class, you will learn the tips and tricks to filling, frosting, and decorating a two layer cake that you’ll then get to bring home to share with your friends and family. The cake we will work with will be vanilla. This class is appropriate for ages 15 and up. About your instructor: Chef Jennifer has been making pastries in the capital region at various restaurants and bakeries for the last fifteen years.
