We have been working on pools in Las Vegas since 1981 and are hiring for qualified repair technicians with experience in residential and commercial equipment repairs and installation with an interest in remodel and construction. The right candidates wants to be part of an established, growing company whose core values are integrity, reliability, quality and communication. We are offering a $2,000 signing bonus once a 90day probation period is successfully completed. COMPENSATION: Income base is 28% profit from jobs. Percentage will increase based on skill level. JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks: Repair of Pool Pumps, Heaters, Filters, Timers, Blowers, Lights, In Floor Systems, Automated Pool Systems, Chlorinators, Valves, PVC Plumbing, Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment and the ability to perform electrical diagnostics and repairs The ability to spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products. Minimum Requirements: Able to use mechanical and power tools. Capable of moving or lifting up to 75 pounds. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver license with clean record within the past two years. -(this is required to drive the company truck) Desired Qualities: Mechanically-minded. Detail-oriented problem solver.
