Preferred Choice Restoration Deals with Commercial and residential properties that have been damaged by water, fire, or mold. We are looking for hard-working Lead Demolition technicians and Helpers to join our team. The job responsibilities include and are not limited to: Driving to job locations (houses/commercial buildings). Construction demolition. Setting up air movers/dehumidifiers/specialty equipment. Monitoring the drying process, documentation, and customer service. General Labor. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must have a Clean valid Drivers License. Must pass a drug test. Must be willing to work 40-60hrs a week. (M-F and every other Saturday) We offer 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, and paid vacations.
