This is a power yoga flow therefore the flow may follow a faster pace if you are accustomed to attending vinyasa yoga classes. However, I encourage and welcome yogis of all levels to join! Here We Flow incorporates dance movements with yoga and challenges yogis to allow themselves to become fully expressive through their body movements. We will dance and flow and together tap into our inner strength! It's my goal that all yogis will leave this class feeling empowered and energized.
