Don't use Southwest Auto and RV on E long mesa in Prescott Valley. Took my RV there for a front wheel alignment. Dropped it off. Half day later I get a call saying the technician took the RV for a drive and said the gear box is bad and cant do alignment before this is replaced. I was quoted close to $1,000. This company doesnt even diagnose a problem!!! They just guess. My gear box is brand new. So if I was stupid and told them to go ahead and replace the part and spent $1,000 then another $260 for an alignment because they guessed and need to replace parts that are not bad instead of diagnosing? Dont take anything here. They will rip you off and replace parts that dont need to be replaced.
