Someone actually believes they are there for your protection (ok). Then why don't we just put them in our cars like they do in europe. What next tracking devices in your car. Oh yea I forgot the cell phone........... Less we forgot we didn't have these electronics for over 100 years and did just fine but some how they have convinced some that it is a matter of safety yea ok but only to a degree.
