Need Concrete Slab Which When Finished Will Measure 21’ x 9’ x 4”, which will be poured and finished in ZIP Code number 80219, near Alameda and Federal. The Slab will be constructed so that 2 storage units can be built upon on it. The pictures I have published show approximately where it will be poured: the southeast corner will be approximately where the barbecue unit is shown and it will stretch about 21 feet down the grass line in a northerly direction, it will be approximately 3 feet from the fence line as it proceeds North, approximately where the grass line is, the slab will be 9 foot wide and the width will be west of the fence and commence in a westerly direction approximately where the barbecue grill and the corner of the grass are shown, the slab will be a minimum of 4 inches thick. Access to where the slab will be poured is available behind the short fence that is 90degrees off the long fence and is the short fence to which the small shed is attached. Directly behind this short fence lies the driveway, which is only a few inches from this short fence. Drive way is of normal width and is graveled. If you’re interested, you must give me a bid, and approximate dates when you could pour the slab, and the date that the slab would be cured and finished.
