I am looking for a person or company to clean residential rental properties, mostly single family homes. Frequency of cleaning each property is 2 x per month. Commonly around the 15th and the 1st of each month, but a few times a month additional work will be needed. Must be dependable, have a vehicle and all cleaning supplies. Preferably speak ENGLISH and SPANISH. Properties for cleaning are mostly located in: Westminster, Thornton, Federal Heights, unincorporated Denver and Lakewood. That is an area between: 75th Ave - 104th Ave and Sheridan Blvd - Washington St. Also in Lakewood approximately at Sheridan Blvd and Colfax Ave. Job is available immediately.
