Fabletics at the Irvine Spectrum is partnering with YogaSix for an in store yoga class! Alysha Floyd is an ERYT 500 and E85 Prenatal Yoga Instructor and has been teaching yoga in Orange County since 2015. After undergoing multiple extensive knee surgeries in 2009 Alysha tried yoga and it changed her life. Her yoga practice practice and healing journey gave her the passion to want to help other people who may have doubted their abilities or experienced physical injuries to love a happier, healthier and better quality of life. Alysha provides a welcoming and encouraging space for all that practice whether experienced or new practitioners. Alysha leads multiple weekly classes with YogaSix in Irvine, workshops and privates.
