Description

We are thrilled to be having another guided meditation class focuisng on our chakras. This class will be focusing on our sacral chakra. You will recieve two tumble stones that you may meditate with during our class. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat or blanket. We want you to feel comfortable. There will be coffee, tea and snacks available.
