Utah Pacific Island Heritage Month & PIK2AR-Pacific Island Knowledge 2 Action Resources are proud to present: The Goddess Within fashion show by Denise Koli in partnership with South Salt Lake City. This year is the 10th annual Utah Pacific Island Heritage month celebration, and what better way than to begin our festivities supporting one of our very own local Pacific Islander businesses: Denise's Polynesian Creations. Denise is also a member of the Pacific Island Chamber of Commerce and was recently featured by Salt Lake County Regional Development Office for her unique designs that come from her cultural background. Please join us for a night of fun, fashion and celebration of Pacific Island cultural designs handmade and woven into modern day elegant wear as Denise takes us on a fashion journey through her Meylynn Collection that pays tribute to her culture inspired by her daughter Meylynn. (Participation in this event could enter you into a drawing to win free airline tickets at the 10th annual Utah Pacific Island Heritage Month kick-off on July 30th. Must be present at this fashion show event to be considered.)
