Movement healing Twerk Fitness is a bi-weekly practice of intentional+mindfulness + fitness. A series of movement styles guided my instructor Yezi Williams.
This workshop focuses on the fundamentals of low-impact movement that will help you focus and accomplish your personal fitness goals. The workshop is designed to provide the observer/ mover an opportunity to explore stress reduction and healing through dance, rhythms, colors, sound, and scents that can be integrated into habitual practice.
The practices the observers/movers obtain from this workshop will help them in and outside of the studio setting. Attendees will develop ways to communicate non verbally, and problems solving, most importantly have an opportunity to discover themselves through mindful practice.
