Dee has held an athletic background for most of her life and is an accomplished collegiate long jumper. After earning her Master of Science degree, in 2016, Dee was at her heaviest weight of 191 pounds and so her journey to fitness began. Despite a torn Achilles injury in March 2021, Dee has never stopped moving. She’s also competed in CrossFit, is currently a natural bodybuilder champion and is a certified personal trainer.
Dee began teaching dance fitness in 2018. As she continued instructing, Dee eventually developed her own choreographed dance fitness routines set to musical backgrounds such as dancehall, soca, reggae, hip-hop, R&B, etc. As a result, Move with Dee was born. Dee’s motto has and always will be that ANYONE can Move with Dee!
