A local insulation contractor in Bozeman, is seeking to hire hard-working, reliable, and trainable employees to work in a mixed commercial and residential environment. The ideal candidate will be able to learn the basics of foam and fiberglass insulation and become a certified installer. All training is provided and successful applicants will be able to quickly transition into a fully certified insulation installer. The Insulation Technician will be responsible for many duties that include installation and repairs of various insulation types, operating associated tools and machinery, and care of company tools and vehicle. Pay: $23 - $26 per hour Benefits: Full coverage health care, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA matching On the job training Weekly pay bump of $2/hr for achieving 40 hours. Example $23/hr with perfect attendance = $25/hr wage rate change for the entire week. Professional/Vocational Certifications Minimum Qualifications: Ambitious and self-motivated Experience in spraying polyurethane foam is helpful, but will train Mechanically skilled (able to work on spraying equipment and trucks) Does this sound like something you would be interested in?
