Featured speakers at this quarterly conference include Tom Vogel, retired teacher, Cathy Bledsoe from the Indiana State Police, a representative from Bernard Carters office of Lake County Prosecutor, and a human trafficking survivor. Special emphasis will be paid to human traffciking recruitment and on-line cyber stalking of our youth. This free event qualifies for Professional Growth Points.
