Apartments and single family all trades, turn key. Plenty of work available. Must be able to start immediately. Must have own tools Must have transportation Must have clean background check One of the projects - Apartment turn/upgrade in Norfolk SCOPE: Replace Front door jam/threshold and door/paint LIVINGROOM - Smooth out plaster and paint Install Blinds doorbell remove/replace check base heater if working touch up paint around unit check a/c replace if not working replace all thermostats Dining Room- Smooth out plaster and paint Cut out wall/ceiling rot section, patch and paint KITCHEN - Paint Cabinets Replace cabinet hardware Install backsplash Install appliances touch up paint BATHROOM - Remove medicine cabinet replace w/ mirror Remove wall heater patch with like tile smooth out walls and paint replace backboard and re-tile section around tub Reglaze or paint tub if possible/Replace if not Replace tub faucet and shower head Add shower rod Replace Vanity bulbs BEDROOM 1 Smooth out wall and paint Check base heater - replace if necessary Replace thermostat BEDROOM 2 Touch up ceiling w/paint Replace thermostat Check a/c Entire apartment paint touchups, light fixtures, outlets, clean, trash out Make sure HVAC, electric and plumbing work properly Base heaters checked/replaced
