The risks of taking part in this study are being uncomfortable in answering the questions on the survey or open-ended questionnaire. There also may be other risks/discomforts that we cannot predict. The benefits of taking part in this study are gaining insight and knowledge related to implicit bias and how to reduce implicit bias in your practice. Participation is voluntary and anonymous, as no names will be collected.
