Need someone with attention to detail to do my 40 square foot kitchen floors. Please see below for payment. I will pay for all materials (will be helpful if you can bring materials outside of tiles and I can pay for it or I can pay for it myself first also) Demo ($100) 1) Need to saw off some floor planks to make smooth edge where tile will meet the floor. 2) Remove one layer (possibly two players of plywood). Tiling ($300) - 1) Prepare area and lay paper underlayment. 2) Lay Schluter System or equivalent. 3) Lay Thinset (Self-leveling cement may be needed first before this step) 4) Cut and lay tile with precision 5) Grout
