Small company needs multiple positions filled. All are "cash*" (no 1099) jobs. Looking to hire ASAP. No problem, just communicate it. Carpenter/Framer/Finish Carpenter/Skilled Labor The most pressing need right now is skilled finish carpenters! Decorative trim, doors, window and door trim, custom cabinets, shelving, etc. Skilled individual(s) needed for multiple large projects. Looking for long-term; we have enough projects to keep people busy all year and beyond. No downturns, no cutting back hours. WE HAVE THE WORK!! Ideally looking for someone with overall remodeling/renovation skills, interior and exterior. It'd be great but not required if you knew basic plumbing and electrical (installing a faucet, changing out a light fixture, etc.). Tile, sheetrock, finish trim work, hanging doors, etc. Ideally want a person who can take a house from studs to completion. Jobs/tasks include- *finish carpentry (examples of some kinds of decorative trim included in posting) *framing interior walls *custom built-ins *whole house remodel (tile, cabinets, floors, drywall, etc.) *siding exterior *decks and porches *drywall install *eventually build new complete house *If you're an individual it's great if you know other skills like drywall and remodeling, but it's not required If you are a Company, You MUST be licensed, insured. Individuals and larger crews welcome to respond. This is an opportunity to contract with a small but reputable renovation company working primarily on older homes. This is a full-time, long-term (ideally) opportunity. No drama, no BS, no babysitting: just do good work and collect your check.
