Residential House Cleaning and General Labor Needed

House Cleaning: we have several Short-Term Rentals (STOs, like Airbnb, VRBO) that need cleaning a few times per week. These are 3-4 BR houses that take about 2-4 hours per cleaning in between stays. Experienced cleaner with documented references and experience needed. Good communication skills and highly reliable. We have a lot of work! Attention to detail is a must, ability to follow instructions and ensure high-ratings from guests. All jobs in Minneapolis, and are very close to each other. Pay is by business check, but same as cash to you. No 1099. General Labor: Reliable and hard-working general laborer needed. Tasks include moving, hauling, demo, loading dumpsters, etc. Hours range from 40 hours ore more per week depending on the job, or just 2-4 per week if things are slow. We always need people who can mow lawns, tend to landscapes, shovel sidewalks, etc. throughout the entire year. Must have reliable transportation, good communication skills, and highly reliable.
