People say, “In Japan, sake is what champagne is to France and scotch is to Scotland: it’s considered the country’s national drink.” What do you usually drink at Japanese restaurants? Pairing Japanese sake and food is very important. Sake has functions that provide a very pleasant experience while eating: It refreshes your palate, cleans the palate, and brings out the flavours of food.
Tickets will be $59/seat. This event is led by sake specialist, Melinda Yee. We will taste 6 types of different sake, explore the unique sake styles, and pair the suitable selection with each of the food courses(4 courses). Even the renowned sake brand “Dassai” will be included in our sake list!
This is a fun event to join!
