This exclusive event will be held in 8Eleven's private dining room. You will be served a delicious 4 course menu, designed by our Chefs. that includes ingredients sourced directly from local farms. We will have a sommelier there to discuss wines provided by Trefethen Family Vineyards (and yes you will have the option to purchase wine if you so choose). Also, a portion of the dinners proceeds will be donated to Purdue's agricultural department!
