Looking for dedicated individual to clean up and setup for functions.
Duties include, but limited to:
Vacuuming of 3 meeting areas and lobby
Cleaning and sanitizing of 3 sets of bathrooms
Cleaning of 2 industrial kitchens, as needed
Setting up and break down of tables and chairs for up to 300 people based on floor plan for individual functions
Mopping of dance floor, stage, bathroom floors
Spot cleaning of rugs and walls, was needed
Removing of trash from halls and outdoor areas
Basic maintenance, as needed
Shoveling of snow in winter months
Other duties as assigned from the Manager
Setup and cleaning of functions is primarily early morning Friday/Saturday/Sunday, depending on the season. Hours for cleaning of other areas can be flexible based on availability.
Ideal candidate must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, have transportation to and from work, and the ability to communicate in a timely manor.
Compensation based on experience, paid hourly. Full time hours dependent on schedule of events, minimum of 20 hours a week.
