The charter trips will depart from the Fort Slocum Road Dock at Neptune Park. Participants must be ready for departure by 9 a.m. The boat will return at approximately 2 p.m. each day. Lunch, beverages and fishing gear will be provided. CDC COVID guidelines will be followed during each trip. Parents/guardians must arrange to have their children picked up from the dock area. No child will be permitted to walk home from the area. All participants must have signed permission from a parent or guardian to participate in the boat trips. Completed permission forms can be returned to the front desk at police headquarters at 475 North Ave. A signed permission slip must be received by the officer leading the trip before a child will be allowed to board the boat.
