I love to help change settings and atmosphere. I have a large portfolio of photos of homes and condos I have made special. I work fast and make it fun to fix things up. I charge 20$ an hour. I did this hoarder/slash smokers ex, mother-in-laws home in 2 weeks last fall. I had to spend three days clearing things out and sorting as I went. I washed and painted every inch with Kilz. The new owner had beautiful hand dyed silk scarves which I used to make all the curtains and valances. I repurposed all her furniture and based the theme on the octopus painting that I hung over her mantle.
