Monterey Pelvic Health is celebrating its 2nd year in business by throwing an open house party at the office! Featuring:✩ Various Health-Centered Food & Beverage ✩ Two Different Workouts (Yoga at 11 am + HIIT at 3 pm) ✩ Retail Vendors TBD ✩ Meet & Greet with Dr. Kyle Hartman, PT, DPT, DTR✩ Curated Swag Bag (Included with Swag Ticket)About the Workouts: Ariel from STRENGTH training studio in Monterey will kick the party off with a yoga flow and Kattie from SLAM will end our celebration with a HITT circuit. If you select the ticket that includes either workout, be sure to bring your mat, water bottle, and a towel (optional). It has been such an honor to serve the community for the last 2 years and can’t wait to throw something as a special thank you to everyone who has helped make this practice grow!
