We are looking for a roofing contractor that we can refer roofing jobs to on a regular basis. We need a 10% commission on all jobs we provide you. Not on your net profit, but the overall estimate you give on the job. So for example out of a $15,000 estimate that you give to the homeowner, $1500 of that would need to be paid to us. We would like somebody who is comfortable with using GAF materials. This is not a handshake basis contract, this is a legitimate contract between you and us. Before you head to look at a job, you'll need to sign a contract before looking at every project ensuring we will get our 10% commission after the homeowner has made you your first deposit. We have a LOT of jobs.
